We hope that house has everything you require for a week/ fortnight holiday.  We regularly use the house and make sure it has everything that we need, but if you think of something that may be useful, please let us know and we will do our best to provide it for your next visit.

We provide towels (house only, not beach), bed linen, tea towels and the essential consumables for the kitchen.  We also have a collection of beach paraphernalia for use.  The house is warmed by under-floor heating.  Unfortunately we do not allow pets, although for those sensitive to animals, we have had pets in the house.  Also - no smoking inside the property.

Middle Floor

• Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan living area on the second floor with Juliet balcony

• Fully reclinable electric sofas - for those days when the British weather gets the better of you
• Kitchen area with double electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods) microwave and washer/dryer
• Dining area with seating for 6

Top Floor

• Master King bedroom with TV
• En-suite shower room with WC

Outside

• Small enclosed garden and a patio with table and chairs accessed via ground floor
• Rotating clothes line for drying wetsuits and beach towels
• Designated parking in adjacent car-port for 1 car
