If you are looking for a stay shorter than a week, please email and we will look to see if we can accommodate you (generally this will only be outside of peak periods).
The property is non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are not accepted, although for guests with allergies, please note this is not a pet-free property.
- A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
- For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by Paypal or bank transfer.
- Security Deposit. A security deposit of £150 is payable with final instalment of booking. If the holiday is to commence immediately the deposit must be made with full payment. This will be returned in full after complete checkout of the holiday property and if no damage has occurred and within 1 week of departure. Security deposits will be deducted if any additional cleaning is required where the Accommodation is not left clean. If the security charge is not sufficient to cover the cost of any additional cleaning, breakages and/or damage caused, the Visitor will be responsible for full payment of any additional charges, costs and/or losses incurred on request. which will be returned within 1 week of departure
We only accept payment through PayPal or bank transfer.
